At Tudor Gardens, pets are part of the family. We welcome your four-legged companions with open arms and do everything we can to make them feel right at home in our pet-friendly community.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome upon approval, with a limit of two pets per home. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent of $30 apply for cats. For dogs, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $40. Certain restrictions may apply. Please contact us for full details.
