Affordable, Pet Friendly, and Peaceful.Tudor Gardens is a great place to live. The rent is not unreasonable and includes heat and hot water which helps a lot. They are pet friendly which was crucial because I have two cats. I just pay an additional pet fee which is detailed on their website. Laundry room has all new washers and dryers, very clean. Close to town but not too noisy. I would definitely recommend for an individual or family. Manager is very professional and nice and has answered any questions/concerns I’ve had.

Spacious Apartments, Prompt Maintenance, and Friendly StaffThese apartments are spacious and affordable. We were surprised by how much space and storage there is. The property manager and maintenance person are very friendly and helpful. We had called for a couple of things and they got fixed quickly.

There is central gas heating and a gas oven/stove. Water and gas are included, so it’s a pretty good deal.
We have been here for about 5 months, and we really fell in love with Port Jervis. We even had a deer come up to our window one night. We are very happy we moved here.
Safe, Clean and QuietI lived here for 2 years, no complaints. Jeff is the best, very helpful, responsive, respectful and kind person. Never wanted to leave. Recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe, clean and quite environment. Much respect for all the team there from Renald!
